Rajendhar is the founder and CTO of TechieBears, where he leads architecture and engineering for web, mobile, SaaS and AI products — from the first workshop to production on AWS.
Before founding TechieBears, he delivered enterprise web platforms for clients in India and Malaysia, including an online job portal for Singapore and an e-commerce shop for a Malaysian telecom brand. He combines hands-on engineering with certified expertise in AWS, Pega, Salesforce Vlocity and SAFe® agile delivery.
